Unfortunately I didn’t know you for very long Alan but in the short time I did get to know you and your cheeky little smile, you were always so polite and a gentleman.
May you be at peace now and back once again with the rest of your family. Fly high Alan and I look forward to the day we meet again.

Dad, it would have been so nice to have known the real you. Addiction cheated you out of another life, one where you had a family, friends a career, a future. It's so sad. I'm glad I got to spend time with you and the character that wasn't effected by your condition. Rest now and have that light and larger and a big King Edward's x
